With a passion for sports and lifelong athleticism, Dr. Kaity Szabo can’t wait to help you get back into your game in life and sport. In the clinic, your goals are her goals, as she is determined to help patients of all ages reach their full potential! She strongly believes that everyone should have access to high performance care whether you’re training for the Olympics, to keep up with your kids, or for general health.
Kaity is thrilled to be returning to Etobicoke to start her new private practice after two years of being on the road with Rowing Canada’s National Senior team. She worked full time with the team as they prepared and competed at the Paris 2024 Olympics, where the women’s eight crew came home with a silver medal.
Kaity is a Chiropractic Sports Specialist and a Strength and Conditioning Coach. She attended McMaster University, the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, and attained her Sport Specialist designation as a Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences.
Her dedication to excellence has led her to also pursue several further postgraduate qualifications in clinical areas of interest including Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, running injuries, movement assessments, concussion management, high performance therapy, and pregnancy and post-partum care.
With over 9 years in sport, she has held other positions including Co-Lead Performance Therapist with the Niagara River Lions (CEBL), Co-Chief Therapist at the ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships, and Medical Lead for the 2022 Canada Summer Games (Wrestling, Lacrosse, Volleyball).
A former competitive dancer, amateur boxer, and collegiate rower, she continues to enjoy an active lifestyle through strength training, cycling, and running.
